I worked with a gorgeous woman (who is one of my most favourite peeps these days) who partook in my Creative Coping course in 2015. She showed up looking like she was rocking-it-out in a dream life. So many of our ideas about what self-care looks and feels like is traced back to how we were raised. What models were you surrounded by as a child?
